About the assignment
At Novare, we are a proud and approved supplier of the state framework agreement in Sweden. We are now looking for an economic administrator for a government authority in the northern part of our elongated country, namely in Boden. As an economic administrator at the authority, you will become part of the authority's finance function. Your main tasks will include various administrative office tasks such as post-processing, contact with cleaning services, office ordering, booking conferences, record-keeping, etc., as well as supporting simpler financial tasks such as coding, supplier invoices, setting up projects, compiling financial data, etc. For this role, we are looking for someone who is analytical, meticulous, security-conscious, and plans their work well. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are an engaged team player with good communication skills.

Requirements for the position
High school economics or equivalent education / education in accounting
Good administrative skills with experience from previous administrative work
Good computer skills

The assignment is full-time or 80%. The assignment is expected to start in February and end in August/September. The consultant must be present at the authority in Boden.
